Community services · Statewide 24/7 support line
Nobody goes to voicemail. Urgent callers get a car, a bed and a human.
A statewide 24/7 support service is deploying Reception Zeli on inbound calls. She handles overflow, assesses urgency in conversation and, when a caller needs immediate safety, books the rideshare and the hotel there and then. For calls a human counsellor takes, she handles the note-taking automatically.

The problem
Calls spike at night and on weekends, exactly when the roster is thinnest. Every unanswered call is a person who needed help and got voicemail.
Zeli's role
- Inbound reception and overflow, around the clock
- Urgent cases: rideshare and emergency accommodation booked in the call
- AI note-taking for human counsellors' calls
The expansion
Reception first, because the phones are where the risk is; support-worker hiring on the same platform follows.
The outcome
24/7
every call answered, urgent ones escalated with notes
