We built Zeligate because hiring had become unnecessarily hard.
Great talent slipped away to faster competitors while recruiters drowned in admin. Scheduling consumed hours. Algorithms filtered out genuine skill over keyword optimisation. The tools meant to help just repackaged the same problems in prettier interfaces.
So we asked: What if software actually did the work, not just tracked it?
