Cookie Policy
Please read this cookie policy (“cookie policy”, “policy”) carefully before using the Zeligate website (“website”, “service”) operated by Zeligate Pty Ltd.
What are cookies?
Cookies are simple text files that are stored on your computer or mobile device by a website’s server. Each cookie is unique to your web browser. It will contain some anonymous information such as a unique identifier, the website’s domain name, and some digits and numbers.
What types of cookies do we use?
Necessary cookies
Necessary cookies allow us to offer you the best possible experience when accessing and navigating through our website and using its features. For example, these cookies let us recognise that you have created an account and have logged into that account.
Functionality cookies
Functionality cookies let us operate the site in accordance with the choices you make. For example, we will recognise your username and remember how you customised the site during future visits.
Analytical cookies
These cookies enable us and third-party services to collect aggregated data for statistical purposes on how our visitors use the website. These cookies do not contain personal information such as names and email addresses and are used to help us improve your user experience of the website.
How do I delete cookies?
If you want to restrict or block the cookies that are set by our website, you can do so through your browser settings. Alternatively, you can visit www.internetcookies.com, which contains comprehensive information on how to do this on a wide variety of browsers and devices. You will find general information about cookies and details on how to delete cookies from your device.

Cookie choices on this website
The policy above is the published Zeligate policy. These controls describe this website's current implementation. Functional, analytics and marketing categories are enabled by default. You can turn them off here at any time; saved choices override the defaults.
- Essential: zg_consent remembers choices for up to one hundred and eighty days; zg_consent_id identifies the matching consent record. Requested demo sessions and admin sign-in use their own security cookies. Turning off non-essential cookies does not prevent those features.
- Functional: zg.region and zg.region.detected remember region preferences. Zeli's zg_vid cookie is session-only unless you allow functional cookies, when it can last up to one hundred and eighty days. The HubSpot calendar loads only with functional permission; its separate booking page remains available.
- Analytics: site interaction events are not collected or forwarded unless analytics is enabled. When configured, Zeli Sight measures page visits, control interactions and campaign attribution. It uses browser storage for anonymous visitor and session identifiers. While Analytics is on, which it is unless you turn it off in Cookie settings, it also keeps a session replay: a reconstruction of the page and your clicks, scrolls and navigation, so we can see where the site is confusing. Typed values are masked and resumes and conversation text are left out of the replay entirely. Withdrawing analytics consent stops collection and clears analytics storage.
- Marketing: promotional popups are disabled unless marketing is enabled. This website does not currently load advertising trackers.
- Changing your choice: known optional first-party storage is cleared when withdrawn. Cookies on external booking, phone-demo or other linked websites are controlled by those websites; use their controls or your browser settings to remove them.
- Consent records: choices and the policy version and time are sent to Zeligate's cookie-policy service with a random identifier, without your name, email or phone number. The browser choice expiry is separate from backend record retention.
