Which plan should we start on?

If you hire a handful of roles a year, or want to see Zeli work on one role today, On demand. If you hire continuously and want to see Zeli on one of your real roles with our team beside you before committing, start with a Pilot. Enterprise is scoped after the pilot, once we both know the volume, the systems and the compliance load.

Why is there no enterprise price on the page?

Accepted Answer

Because it would be wrong for most organisations. Enterprise is scoped on your hiring volume, the number of roles, the systems we integrate and any additional Zeli roles you want, such as reception or customer support. For budgeting, enterprise agreements typically start above A$97,000 plus GST per year and are scoped on volume and integrations; ask for an indicative range and we will send one within a business day.

Is GST included?

Prices are shown excluding GST. GST is added at checkout for Australian customers. US pricing is shown in USD and excludes sales tax where applicable.

Can we move from On demand or a Pilot to Enterprise?

Accepted Answer

Yes, at any time. Anything you have paid on On demand or a Pilot in the last 90 days is credited against your Enterprise agreement.

Do we need to change our ATS?

Accepted Answer

No. Your ATS posts the job and stays your system of record. Zeli does the screening, interviewing, reference checks and shortlisting in the middle, and writes everything back. We integrate with 55+ systems and build custom connections where an API is limited.

What happens to our agency fees?

Most customers stop using agencies for the roles Zeli runs. Where you keep an agency for a specialist search, Zeli still screens and interviews their candidates so every hire has the same audit trail.

Is there a free trial?

You can talk to Zeli, have her call you and have her screen a resume right now, free. For a trial on a real role, On demand per role is the quickest path and there is no contract beyond that role. For enterprise teams, the Pilot is the trial: one real role, how we measure it agreed on the call, and you keep the audit trail whatever you decide.

Where is our data stored?

In AWS Australia. The interviews, calls, transcripts, scores and storage all run inside Australia, on every plan. Nothing is processed offshore. US customers can be hosted in US regions on request.
